Exhibitor Guidelines
• Setup begins 2 hours before doors open
• Exhibitors must provide their own tablecloths, displays, and signage
• Electricity available upon request (please indicate on commitment form)
• All sales are the responsibility of the exhibitor (bring your own payment processing)
• Breakdown must be completed within 1 hour after event ends

Inside building on Hall A&B

Set up is Outside of The Main Event in the hall ways before entering main event this package includes:

• Listing in our event program
• Access to attendees during pre-show, intermission, and post-show
All food truck packages include Set up Outside of the Columbia County Exhibition Center to the right side of the building 2 hours before event starts and an hour after it ends (8 hours).
(Event will be promoted with the flyer for food trucks to also attract customers from the general public that want food without attending the event)
